The Website aims to present the Company’s activity as a wholesaler of vintage and second-hand clothing, its related services (including the “Handpick” offer), and to promote vintage culture and the world of circular fashion.

To this end, the Website provides educational and informative content in various forms, such as blog articles, quizzes, product sheets, or any other editorial content deemed relevant by the Company.

2. Acceptance and enforceability of the Terms

Access to and use of the Website imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the User. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and update them on the dedicated page.

As the clothing offered comes from the second-hand market, items are categorized according to quality grades:

  • Grade A: very good quality, little or unworn items, no major defects, ready for resale,
  • Grade B: items showing signs of wear or minor defects, sometimes requiring repair,
  • Grade C (if applicable): items intended for recycling or requiring significant reconditioning.

The User acknowledges that the nature of second-hand products implies variations in style, size, condition, and quality.

7. “Eureka Pick Vintage” offer

The Company offers a specific service called “Eureka Pick Vintage,” its personalized vintage clothing selection service.

This service corresponds to what is commonly known in the industry as a ‘handpick’ system, allowing professionals to select their own items.

The “Eureka Pick Vintage” offer enables professionals to compose their lots by the piece or in small volumes (10 to 25 kg), directly at the warehouse located in Amfreville-la-Mi-Voie.

This offer is subject to availability and is accessible by appointment only.

8. Access to the warehouse

Visits to the warehouse are reserved for professionals, by prior appointment, and subject to compliance with current safety regulations.

The Company reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not meet these conditions.

9. Orders and purchases

The Website does not include any online sales functionality.

Orders can be placed:

  • by phone,
  • by email,
  • or directly on-site at the warehouse.

The contact form available on the Website is solely intended for sending information or quotation requests.

10. Blog, quizzes, and educational content

The Website provides blog articles, quizzes, and more broadly educational and cultural content to promote vintage culture and circular fashion.

12. User obligations
